Amsterdam is plagued by a series of murders. Detective Tara Lee discovers that these crimes are linked to a dark past from the 1980s. Together with former inspector Eric Visser, she hunts down the killer who is once again terrorizing the city. This story is a sequel to the popular 1988 film.
